(Iie,) kekko desu. No, thank you. (used only in certain situations)

********* shimasu Excuse me. (literally meaning "I am committing a rudeness" or 'I am disturbing you". For this statement you would most likely say this when entering a room uninvited.)
bentou Lunch box. Most females add the prefix "o" in front of bentou to sound more polite
Nan desu ka? Nan to ii masu - ka? Pardon?
Wakarimasu ( Wakarimasen) I understand (I don't understand)
Watashi wa nihongo ga sukoshi wakari masu. I understand a little Japanese.
Nan sai desu ka? How old are you?
Shusshin wa doko desu ka? Where are you from?
Ikaga desu ka?(polite) Ogenki desu ka? How are you?
